Reflective stay

the room was comfortable. it had excellent air conditioning. beds were large. the room had daily cleaning. i found the pool and beach towels at reception. scooters were easily hired and maintained well. paddle boards were free. the sand was white on the well kept beach in front.

i felt the water temperature adjustment in the shower was quite dysfunctional. it was difficult to take a consistent shower without drastic temperature variations.

The restaurant has beach views, which i enjoyed. breakfast offered many choices. The restaurant was one of my favorite places, thanks to the friendly staff there, they were amazing. the service was efficient.

the pools were clean and seemed maintained pretty well.

the food was just okay, and i waited a long time to get served. Christmas dinner cost a lot, but the service was bad, and some couples left before EATING. the management needs to hire more staff and organize things better in the kitchen.

i find the staff very helpful always with a smile. it. my room face the beach, it just amazing. the white sand is amazing and i spend most of my time relax on a sun bed. it was a super experience!

the walk to the village is a little dark at night without street light.

I enjoyed the immaculate beach area a lot, there was gorgeous lighting on the palm trees and a swing adding to the appeal. I found everything easy to organize, including scooter hire right on site plus access to SUPs and kayaks. Anor, the activities guy, was knowledgeable about the local marine life and very accommodating.

the hotel offers a beautiful long stretch of white sand beach with minimal rubbish. staff members were prompt and addressed our needs efficiently. i appreciated the friendly service. we found them very responsive to our requests.

the breakfast had limited options , with the restaurant area often overcrowded. finding a seat was difficult. many guests had to wait while holding their plates.

The resort arranged a tuk-tuk to meet me at the ferry, a nice service. They stored my luggage and I accessed the facilities before check-in. Staff were consistently helpful from arrival to departure. Private sunbeds are available , which I found comfortable.
